Section III -Team & Player Rules
Rule 1- Each team captain must submit a roster form with each player's name and jersey size. No other player will be allowed to play unless they are on the roster. Rule 2- Roster additions can be made as long as there are enough games left in the season for the player to be playoff eligible.

Rule 3- Participants must be present for at least half the games to be playoff eligible. If there an odd number of games, the game requirement will round up (ie 11 game season will require to be present at 6 games). Names in the scorebook will be reviewed at every game to make sure that only the players present are in the book.

Rule 4- Games will start precisely at the time in which it is scheduled or six minutes after the end of the previous game. Teams that do not have the necessary amount of players at such time will be penalized by the RUNNING CLOCK RULE.

For each minute that passes, the opposing team will receive one point. When a fifth player shows up, the game will start with the amount of time left for that specific quarter. This process will continue through the second quarter. If there are not enough players by the end of the second quarter, the game will be declared a forfeit. If both teams are not present, no points will be awarded until one of the teams have enough players to start.

Rule 6- Games will consist of 4 8-minute quarters with 4-minute OT.

Rule 7- Five fouls leads to a disqualification regardless as to how many players are present. Teams can continue until one player is left on the court. The game can continue with one player and will only be declared a forfeit if their is no possible way that said team can win the game.
